Yes, you can assign assets (tools, equipment, phones, laptops) to specific employees. Upon receipt you create a protocol with photos and signature. You always know who has what borrowed. Upon termination of employment, the system displays a list of items that the employee has received and needs to return.

All data needed for accounting - acquisition costs, depreciation, residual values - you can export to formats compatible with accounting systems (Excel, CSV).
