The accountant works in the same system as the construction firm: client documents, the journal, bank matching and the monthly check sit together. Solo, Pro and Developer keep the books in Bidmio.

Client document upload
The client uploads receipts and supplier invoices into Bidmio. The accountant opens them in the same system and works on them there.
Journal
The journal is part of the books from Solo upward. The entries stay with the firm, in the subscription that replaces the old accounting programme.
Bank reconciliation
Bank movements are matched to documents in Bidmio. Matching belongs with the books from Solo upward, together with the journal and the reports.
Posting rules
A rule suggests an account for a document that repeats. The accountant checks the suggestion and confirms the entry.

The takeover wizard imports one way. Pohoda, Money S3, MRP, Omega, e-conomic, Dinero and Billy are examples, each in its own country. After the import the books stay in Bidmio. It is not a live sync.

Can an external accountant work in Bidmio?
Yes. The accountant works in the same system as the firm. Bidmio is not an accounting firm and does not replace the person who keeps the books. The module replaces the old accounting programme inside the subscription.
Are the books on Solo or Pro?
Yes. The journal, VAT, bank match and reports are in Solo, Pro and Developer.
How do I move from another accounting system?
The takeover wizard imports one way. Pohoda, Money S3, MRP and Omega are the Central European sources. e-conomic, Dinero and Billy are the Danish ones. There is no live sync with the old programme. After the import you continue in Bidmio.
Does AI post a document by itself?
OCR reads the receipt and the system suggests an account code. The copilot suggests a next step and does not post by itself. It does not file the VAT return without the accountant.
What else does the accountant get?
A monthly control, a filing archive and statutory-return support. The returns that are supported depend on the country where the firm keeps its books.
