You can dictate the diary. You approve the draft, and the defect text suggested from a photo.
OpenDocuments and the books
A document from email is read and gets an account suggestion. A person confirms the posting.
OpenVoice command
One sentence can prepare hours, a note on the job, or a follow-up. It is written only after you confirm. If the sentence is not recognised, it is not guessed.

The form is not AI. It is the door: a visitor writes, and the enquiry lands in Bidmio.
OpenOne dictate button, many fields
The button under a field records up to a minute and inserts the text. Nothing is stored until you save the field. It is on:
- The diary, defects, the service protocol and a machine fault
- The quote, the invoice, an expense and an approval
- A task, chat, a customer note and the calendar
- A time entry, the project description and a safety incident
What AI does not do
It does not send the quote
The draft stays a draft. You send it to the customer.
It does not score leads
CRM has no predictive score and no marketing automation.
It is not the accountant
A person confirms a posting suggestion. The person who files the return signs it.
One sentence, one action
A voice command prepares hours, a note or a follow-up. Not five records from one sentence.
Do I have to use AI?
No. It can be switched off. The fields stay, and the phone keyboard microphone still works.
Is the recording stored?
No. After transcription the recording is not stored. The field keeps the text you save.
Where is the switch?
The Technology page says OCR, suggestions and voice notes go to OpenAI only when they are switched on.
