Simple process from setup to results
A chart of accounts from day one
At setup the national chart, fiscal year and VAT periods are loaded. You review the suggested default accounts before you save.
Approve the document — the entry is created
When an invoice or expense is approved, the journal entry is created. Payroll posts when the run is finalized.
Follow reports and VAT
Balance sheet, P&L, trial balance, cash flow and the general ledger read from the posted journal. VAT periods can be locked after filing.
The accountant closes the period
Exceptions sit in one place. The accountant reviews AI suggestions, runs period close and exports the pack you need.

In Bidmio the entry is created where the work already lives: a quote becomes a job, the job an invoice, the invoice a journal line. The same is true for supplier bills, expenses and a payroll run — without retyping the numbers into another program.
