Software for carpenters and joiners from quote to invoice
Bidmio is software for carpenters and joiners that keeps the quote, the job, materials, hours worked, the site diary and the invoice on the same work. The workshop and the site see what was priced and what should be invoiced. A BIM model and a BoQ forecast are not the main story.
A quote for furniture or a roof, the job, materials, hours and the invoice stay together. You can write the site diary when the work is on site.
€19/mo.
Solo is €19/mo. and is for at most 2 users. Warehouse, safety, fleet, the diary, a bill of quantities are not in Solo. The accounting ledger is in Solo.
What software for carpenters and joiners keeps on the job
A quote from the workshop
A cutting list or roof work stays in the quote and moves onto the job when the client accepts, without a new file.
Materials, hours and the diary
Timber, hardware and hours belong to the job. On site you can add the site diary to the same work.
An invoice from finished work
The invoice comes from the job, not from memory. A BoQ forecast and BIM are not what a joiner needs to open first.

Questions about software for carpenters and joiners
Can you keep a site diary in Bidmio?
Yes. You can write the diary on the job when carpentry runs on site. It is not the opening screen in place of the quote and the invoice. BIM and a BoQ forecast are not the joiner’s main story.
Which plan has the diary?
The site diary belongs to the job, so it is on Solo, Pro and Developer. The bill of quantities, forecast and change orders are on Developer. Solo keeps the quote, job, hours, photos and invoice for at most two people. Warehouse, safety and fleet arrive with Pro.
When is Solo enough for a joiner?
When you are one or two people invoicing jobs from the workshop. Quotes, jobs, invoices, photos, documents, time and customers are in Solo. A store of timber and hardware arrives on Pro.
Does it replace accounting software?
The accounting ledger is in Solo, Pro and Developer. It replaces the old accounting program. Solo still issues the invoice.
How long is the trial?
The trial lasts 14 days. In that time you can take one furniture or structure quote through to an invoice. We do not promise payroll or a quote made from a photo.
